摘要: 为分析临床腹泻发病猪场疫情发生的原因,在开展初生仔猪腹泻样品病毒分离试验中,获得了能够在Marc145细胞上稳定增殖的病毒,并对该病毒进行宏基因组测序、核酸序列分析、培养特性研究、仔猪回归试验等研究。该病毒的分离株鉴定为猪肠病毒G1型(EV-G1),能在Marc145、ST、Vero 等多种细胞上生长,无胰酶依赖性,对氯仿不敏感,适应细胞培养滴度均能达到107.0 TCID50/mL 以上。人工感染 3~5日龄仔猪,可导致一过性腹泻,在感染仔猪的脑、心脏、空肠、回肠、盲肠、结肠中均可检测到该病毒。本研究从与猪轮状病毒混合感染的组织样品中分离到1株EV-G病毒,该病毒可导致新生仔猪腹泻,且病毒有良好的细胞适应性,旨在充分了解仔猪感染EV-G病毒的致病性,为EV-G免疫原性研究以及疫苗研发奠定基础。
