饲料中添加地黄多糖对母猪繁殖性能和育肥猪生长性能的影响

摘要: 本试验旨在研究饲料中添加地黄多糖对母猪繁殖性能和育肥猪生长性能的影响。优选取某育种场体重接近、健康状况良好的2 400头“长×大”二元杂交母猪作为试验组,2 60头二元母猪作为对照组;悠选取某育肥猪场139头“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪作为试验组,138头日龄相同、体重接近的三元杂交育肥猪作为对照组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上添加100 mg/kg的地黄多糖,试验期5个月。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲料中添加地黄多糖可显著提高母猪的7 d断配率和受胎率,降低无效仔猪率和哺乳期仔猪死亡率,提高仔猪断奶体重,增加窝断奶仔猪数(P<0.05);显著提高生长育肥猪的日增重,降低料肉比(P<0.05),以期降低养殖生产成本,提高生产效率。

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding Rehmannia polysaccharides to feed on the reproductive performance of sows and the growth performance of fattening pigs. ⑴A total of 2 400 “Landrace × Yorkshire” crossbred sows with similar body weight and good health were selected as the experimental group, and 2 360 crossbred sows were selected as the control group. ⑵A total of 139 “Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire” crossbred fattening pigs were selected as the experimental group, and 138 crossbred fattening pigs with the same age and similar body weight were selected as the control group from a fattening pig farm. The control group was fed a basal diet, while the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg of Rehmannia polysaccharides. The trial period lasted for 5 months. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the addition of Rehmannia polysaccharides to the feed significantly increased the 7-day farrowing rate and conception rate of sows, reduced the rate of non-viable piglets and the mortality rate of piglets during the lactation period, increased the weaning weight of piglets, and increased the number of piglets weaned per litter (P<0.05). In fattening pigs, the addition of Rehmannia polysaccharides to the feed significantly increased the daily weight gain and reduced the feed-to-gain ratio (P<0.05). The addition of Rehmannia polysaccharides to the feed could significantly improve the reproductive performance of sows and the growth performance of fattening pigs, reduce production costs, and increase the efficiency of pig production, with a view to reducing farm production costs and increasing productivity.
