地方猪遗传资源抢救性普查长效机制与产业化路径研究

摘要: 地方猪以其独特基因型、优异肉质、高抗病抗逆性及高繁殖力等优秀性状,成为我国生猪种业自主创新的原始素材与生物多样性的重要组成部分。在我国现有83个地方猪种中,15个处于濒危状态,9个严重危险,17个处于危险状态,部分品种在普查空窗期快速消失。当前,我国地方猪的保护工作面临遗传信息不清、保种能力不足、种源利用不健全等三重困境。本文以经济学与遗传学的交叉视角,系统梳理国内外畜禽遗传资源保护进展、保种模式建设及产业化进程情况,剖析我国在地方猪种质资源保护方面的短板,构建涵盖抢救性普查、科学评估、动态预警、多元保护与产业化利用的长效机制,并提出数字化保护驱动产业智能转型、以用促保的实施路径。建议以2025年新修订的《国家级畜禽遗传资源保护名录》为基础,建立常规普查与抢救性精查并行的普查体系,构建地方猪种质资源的表型、分子遗传与基因组整合的评估框架,搭建基于GIS与大数据联合的地方猪遗传资源动态监测与分级预警平台,推行原位保护、异位保护与基因组保存相结合的多元协同保护模式,推动地方猪从濒危保护走向繁荣利用,为种业振兴、生物安全与乡村特色产业振兴提供理论支撑与实践方案。

Abstract: Local pig genetic resources carry core traits including unique genotypes, superior meat quality, high disease and stress resistance, and high reproductive capacity, making them the original material for independent innovation in China's pig breeding industry and an important component of agricultural biodiversity. Among the 83 local pig species currently existing in China, 15 species are in endangered status, 9 species are in critical danger, and 17 species are at risk, with some species rapidly disappearing during gaps between census periods. Conservation efforts currently faces a triple dilemma of unclear genetic information, insufficient conservation capacity, and inadequate utilization of provenance. From an interdisciplinary perspective integrating economics and genetics, this paper systematically reviewed the theoretical evolution of livestock and poultry genetic resource conservation both domestically and internationally, along with progress in census system construction and industrialization practices. It analyzed the shortcomings in China's local pig resource conservation regarding census mechanisms. The paper constructed a long-term mechanism encompassing emergency census, scientific evaluation, dynamic early warning, diversified conservation, and industrialized utilization, and proposed an implementation pathway of digitally driven industrial intelligent transformation and utilization-promoted conservation. It was recommended to based on the newly revised "National List of Protected Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources (2025)", established a census system that combines regular surveys with emergency surveys; constructed an evaluation framework integrating phenotype, molecular genetics, and genomics for local pig germplasm resources; developed a dynamic monitoring and stratified early warning platform for local pig genetic resources based on the combination of GIS and big data; and implemented in situ conservation, ex situ conservation, and genome preservation of multi-dimensional collaborative conservation model, promoted the transition of local pigs from endangered protection to prosperous utilization. These efforts aimed to advance local pig breeds from endangered protection toward prosperous utilization, thereby providing theoretical support and practical solutions for seed industry revitalization, biosecurity, and the rejuvenation of characteristic rural industries.
