内江猪、大白猪及其杂交公猪睾丸发育和精液质量差异分析

摘要: 为比较内江猪、大白猪及其正反杂交公猪的睾丸发育和精液质量差异,本文以内江公猪、大白公猪及其正反杂交公猪为研究对象,系统分析了品种、采精月龄对精液品质的影响,并比较了不同品种公猪的睾丸发育指标。结果显示,品种间精液品质与睾丸发育均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。内江公猪生精量低但畸形率低,大白公猪有效精子数高但畸形率高,正反杂交公猪兼具二者优势,有效精子数、射精体积和精子密度显著高于内江公猪(P<0.05),畸形率显著低于大白公猪(P<0.05),大白公猪及正反杂交公猪的睾丸指标显著高于内江公猪(P<0.05)。随着采精月龄的增长,正反杂交公猪精液指标全面提升,生殖发育充分,内江公猪精液中仅有效精子数和射精体积提升,大白公猪精液品质稳定。采精月龄对精液品质的影响呈品种特异性,内江公猪及正反杂交公猪精液中有效精子数随月龄增长而上升,大白公猪发育至19~24月龄,其精液中有效精子数才显著提高。综上,内江猪与大白猪的正反杂交公猪生殖发育稳定,杂种优势明显,精液质量较优。

Abstract: To compare the differences in testicular development and semen quality among Neijiang pigs, Yorkshire pigs, and their reciprocal crossbred boars, this study systematically analyzed the effects of breed and month of semen collection on semen quality, and compared testicular development indices across different breeds. The results showed that significant differences in both semen quality and testicular development among breeds (P<0.05). Neijiang boars exhibited low sperm production but a low abnormality rate, while Yorkshire boars showed a high effective sperm count but a high abnormality rate. The reciprocal crossbred boars combined the advantages of both parental breeds, demonstrating significantly higher effective sperm count, ejaculate volume, and sperm concentration than Neijiang boars (P<0.05), and a significantly lower abnormality rate than Yorkshire boars(P<0.05). Testicular development indices of Yorkshire and reciprocal crossbred boars were significantly higher than those of Neijiang boars (P<0.05). As the month of semen collection increased, the reciprocal crossbred boars showed comprehensive improvements in all semen quality parameters, indicating full reproductive development; Neijiang boars only showed increase in effective sperm count and ejaculate volume, while Yorkshire boars exhibited stable semen quality. The effect of collection month on semen quality was breed specific: effective sperm count increased with age in Neijiang and reciprocal crossbred boars, whereas in Yorkshire boars it did not significantly increase until 19~24 months of age. In conclusion, the reciprocal crossbred boars derived from Neijiang and Yorkshire pigs showed stable reproductive development, clear hybrid vigor, and superior semen quality.
