生猪福利影响机制与改善措施的研究进展

摘要: 良好的动物福利体系应保障生猪生理健康、环境舒适以及营养充足,使猪群能够充分表达自然行为,使猪只免于疼痛、沮丧和恐惧等负面心理。研究表明,动物福利水平的提升可有效提高生猪的生产效率与繁殖性能,增强养殖企业的经济效益。但集约化养殖模式常因饲养管理与环境条件制约,导致生产目标与生猪福利诉求产生矛盾。基于此,本文通过阐明动物福利对生猪生理机能及生物学效应的作用机制,分析其对企业经营效益的影响,并重点探讨营养调控、环境富集及饲养管理在改善生猪福利水平方面的应用潜力,以期为集约化猪场实现可持续发展提供理论依据与实践范式。

Abstract: A well-structured animal welfare system should ensure physiological health, environmental comfort, and adequate nutrition of pigs, allowing full expression of natural behaviors while maintaining freedom from negative psychological states such as pain, distress, and fear. More studies demonstrated that enhance welfare levels could significantly improve production efficiency and reproductive performance in swine, thereby increasing economic returns in the farming industry. However, intensive farming systems often created conflicts between production objectives and welfare requirements due to constraints in husbandry management and environmental conditions. This review elucidated the biological mechanisms through which animal welfare affects swine physiological functions, evaluated its economic implications for commercial operations, and specifically investigated the application potential of nutritional interventions, environmental enrichment strategies, and optimized husbandry practices in welfare enhancement. The findings provided theoretical foundations and practical frameworks for achieving sustainable development in intensive swine production systems.
