姜黄素对育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率和粪便微生物数量的影响

摘要: 试验旨在研究姜黄素替代抗生素对育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率和粪便微生物数量的影响。选取48头体重约为50.0±2.85kg“长×大”二元育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1头猪。预试期3d,正式试验期60d。对照组育肥猪只饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组在基础日粮中添加200mg/kg、400mg/kg及600mg/kg姜黄素(Curcumin/Cur),分别为Cur-1组、Cur-2组及Cur-3组。结果显示,Cur-2组育肥猪的增重总量、平均日增重显著高于其他试验组及对照组(P<0.05);料重比显著低于其他试验组及对照组(P<0.05)。Cur-2组的干物质、钙、磷和粗脂肪养分消化率显著高于其他试验组及对照组(P<0.05);Cur-2组粪便沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌数量显著低于其他试验组及对照组(P<0.05),Cur-2组乳酸菌、双歧杆菌数量显著增多。研究结果表明,添加400mg/kg姜黄素可提高育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率,增加育肥猪粪便微生物中有益菌的数量,降低有害菌数量。

Abstract: The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of curcumin replacing antibiotics on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and fecal microbial population of fattening pigs. Forty-eight pigs weighing about 50.0±2.85 kg of "Long×Large" binary fattening pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates each, and 1 pig in each replicate. The pre-test period was 3 d and the formal test period was 60 d. The control group of fattening pigs was fed a basal diet, while groups 1, 2 and 3 were supplemented with 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg of curcumin (Curcumin/Cur) in the basal diet, respectively, as groups Cur-1, Cur-2 and Cur-3. The results showed that the total weight gain and average daily weight gain of fattening pigs in the Cur-2 group were significantly higher than those of other experimental groups and the control group (P<0.05); the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower than those of other experimental groups and the control group (P<0.05). The digestibility of nutrients for dry matter, calcium, phosphorus, and crude fat in the Cur-2 group was significantly higher than that of the other experimental groups and the control group (P<0.05); and the counts of Salmonella spp and Escherichia coli in feces in the Cur-2 group were significantly lower than that of the other experimental groups and the control group (P<0.05), and the counts of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium increased significantly in the Cur-2 group. The results of the study showed that the addition of 400 mg/kg curcumin improved the growth performance and nutrient digestibility, increased the number of beneficial bacteria and decreased the number of harmful bacteria in fecal microflora of fattening pigs.
