非玉米能量饲料资源的开发利用现状与猪日粮中的应用研究

摘要: 随着我国生猪养殖产业的快速发展,玉米作为主要能量饲料,其短缺问题日益突出,已成为制约饲料粮安全和养殖成本控制的关键因素,已成为制约饲料粮安全与养殖成本控制的关键因素。为缓解饲料粮结构性矛盾,推动饲料资源多元化,本文系统梳理了我国当前可用于替代玉米的能量饲料资源类型及其饲用的研究进展。重点分析了稻米、小麦、高粱、大麦、木薯、马铃薯、甘薯等薯类,以及糖蜜、临期糖果等制糖产品的营养成分特性及其在不同猪种和饲养阶段中的适用性。结果表明,多种替代资源在营养结构、区域产能和饲用功能上具有一定优势,可在科学配方与合理加工基础上实现对玉米的有效部分替代。然而,当前替代资源在饲料工业化应用中仍面临成分波动、加工适配性差与供应链体系不完善等问题。为推动其大规模推广应用,未来需加强营养标准体系建设、加工脱毒技术优化、资源动态数据库构建与区域产业链整合。本研究为我国猪饲料结构优化与替代资源高效开发提供了理论依据与技术支撑。

Abstract: With the rapid development of my country's pig farming industry, the shortage of corn as the main energy feed had become increasingly prominent, and had become a key factor restricting feed grain safety and breeding cost control. In order to alleviate the structural contradiction of feed grain and promote the diversification of feed resources, this paper systematically sorted out the types of energy feed resources that could be used to replace corn in my country and their feeding research progress. The nutritional composition, metabolic energy level, anti-nutritional factor characteristics of tubers such as rice, wheat, sorghum, barley, cassava, potato, sweet potato, and sugar products such as molasses and near-expiry candy were analyzed, as well as their applicability in different pig breeds and feeding stages. The results showed that a variety of alternative resources had certain advantages in nutritional structure, regional production capacity and feeding function, and could achieve effective partial replacement of corn on the basis of scientific formula and reasonable processing. However, the current alternative resources still faced problems such as ingredient fluctuations, poor processing adaptability and imperfect supply chain system in the industrial application of feed. In order to promote its large-scale promotion and application, it was necessary to strengthen the construction of nutritional standard system, optimization of processing detoxification technology, construction of resource dynamic database and integration of regional industrial chain in the future. This study provided a theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization of pig feed structure and efficient development of alternative resources in my country.
