猪细菌性病原耐药性研究进展

摘要: 抗生素耐药性使生猪养殖过程中发生的细菌性感染变得难以治愈,对生猪养殖产业造成了巨大经济损失。当前猪源细菌耐药性呈现多重耐药和广谱耐药趋势,其耐药性主要通过灭活酶和修饰酶、靶点改变、通透性降低、主动外排和形成生物被膜等方式实现。此外,在抗生素压力下耐药菌会不断产生种类繁多的耐药基因,耐药基因还可通过基因转移传播给其他病原菌。在生猪养殖业中,亟需构建细菌耐药性综合防控体系,通过技术突破与政策引导遏制耐药基因跨物种传播。本文将从耐药菌的种类、耐药现状、产生机制以及防控措施等方面,对我国生猪细菌性病原的耐药现状进行深入剖析,旨在为耐药性细菌的临床治疗和精准防控提供科学依据。

Abstract: Antibiotic resistance made bacterial infections in pig farming difficult to treat, caused significant economic losses to the pig farming industry. Currently, bacterial resistance in pigs showed trends of multidrug and broad-spectrum resistance, primarily achieved through inactivating enzymes and modifying enzymes, altering targets, reducing permeability, active efflux, and forming biofilms. Additionally, under antibiotic pressure, resistant bacteria continuously produce a wide variety of resistance genes, which could be transferred to other pathogens through genetic transfer. In the pig farming industry, it was urgent to establish a comprehensive bacterial resistance control system to curb the cross-species spread of resistance genes through technological breakthroughs and policy guidance. This article would provide an in-depth analysis of the current status of bacterial resistance in Chinese pig farming, focus on the types of resistant bacteria, their resistance status, mechanisms of generation, and control measures, aim to provide scientific evidence for the clinical treatment and precise prevention of resistant bacteria.
