摘要: 骨骼肌作为动物体内最丰富的组织类型,其生长情况直接关系到动物的产肉性能,因而被视为动物生长发育过程中最重要的生产性状之一。近年来,DNA甲基化已广泛应用于家畜肌肉的生长和发育等方面的研究。通过对DNA甲基化在猪骨骼肌生长发育调控中的作用进行综述,以期为猪的遗传改良提供参考。

Abstract: Skeletal muscle, the most abundant tissue in animals, directly influences meat production performance, making it one of the most important production traits during animal growth and development. In recent years, DNA methylation has been widely applied in research on muscle growth and development in livestock. The role of DNA methylation in the regulation of porcine skeletal muscle growth and development was reviewed, with the hope to provide a reference for the genetic improvement of pigs.
