无针注射技术的研究进展及其在免疫实践中的挑战

摘要: 本文全面介绍了无针注射技术的发展历程、工作原理、与传统注射方式的差异、实践应用及未来面临的挑战。随着注射技术的不断发展,无针注射技术作为一种创新的给药手段,已经在动物免疫方面得到推广和应用,该技术可显著降低免疫用药成本,并在提升动物福利方面展现出显著优势。然而,设备成本高、与油佐剂疫苗的适配性不足、注射效率受限及注射完成效果难以判断等问题仍制约其规模化应用。文章通过对无针注射技术的深入探讨,旨在为其在无针注射原理、射流参数及疫苗与设备协同创新等方面进一步发展和优化提供理论依据,推动其在相关领域的普及。

Abstract: This article provided a comprehensive introduction to needle-free injection technology, covering its development history, working principle, differences from traditional injection methods, practical applications, and facing challenges in the future. With the continuous development of the needle-free injection technology, as a new delivery drug method, it was gradually used to animal immunization. The needle-free injection technology could reduce the immunization cost significantly and have remarkable advantages in improving animal welfare. However, practical issued such as high equipment costs, insufficient adaptability to oil adjuvant vaccines, limited injection efficiency, and difficulties in determining the success or failure still restricted its large-scale application. The article had a depth discussion in needle-free injection technology, It aimed to provide a theoretical basis for its further development and optimization in terms of technical principles, jet parameters, and the collaborative innovation of vaccines and equipment, so as to promote its popularization in relevant fields.
