让非洲猪瘟病毒不接触到猪是一个理想的防控非洲猪瘟的策略,但在万一非洲猪瘟病毒突破围墙、“铁桶”屏障进入猪场的情况下,决不可“坐以待毙”,必须预先“以猪为本”筑起一道物理性、生物性防控屏障,使得“非洲猪瘟病毒+猪≠非洲猪瘟”的这个“不等式”能够成立。
