人工授精技术员及公猪品种对台系杜洛克母猪繁殖性能的影响

摘要: 分析不同人工授精技术员的授精方法对母猪繁殖性能的影响,为后期人工授精技术培训积累人才;分析公猪品种对母猪繁殖性能的影响,为后期猪场的精液选择提供数据支持。试验收集了1561窝台系杜洛克母猪的繁殖数据,利用单因素统计分析方法研究人工授精技术员、公猪品种对母猪繁殖性能的影响。结果发现不同人工授精技术员的人工授精方法对杜洛克母猪总产仔数、产活仔数、仔猪初生窝重、死胎数、健仔数、断奶仔猪数、21日龄断奶窝重影响显著(P<0.05)。公猪品种对杜洛克母猪的初生窝重影响显著(P<0.05),对其他指标影响不显著(P>0.05);皮特兰公猪配种组母猪所产仔猪的初生窝重比杜洛克公猪配种组显著提高3.58%(P<0.05)。由不同技术员负责的母猪群,公猪品种对母猪群的繁殖性能影响不一致,由甲技术员负责的母猪群,总产仔数差异显著(P<0.05);由乙技术员负责的母猪群,初生窝重差异显著(P<0.05);由丙技术员负责的母猪群,21日龄断奶窝重组间差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可知,人工授精技术员对杜洛克母猪总产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重、死胎数、健仔数、断奶仔猪数、21日龄断奶窝重影响显著(P<0.05)。公猪品种(台系杜洛克和法系皮特兰)对杜洛克母猪群的总产仔数、产活仔数、健仔数指标无明显影响(P>0.05),而对初生窝重影响明显(P<0.05)。由甲、乙、丙3位技术员分别负责的杜洛克母猪群,公猪品种对母猪产活仔数、健仔数、断奶仔猪数指标的影响没有明显差异(P>0.05)。为后续养猪场人工授精技术员的选择、公猪的品种选择提供数据依据。

Abstract: To analyze the impact of different artificial insemination methods employed by technicians on sow reproductive performance, in order to accumulate technical talents for future artificial insemination training. Additionally, analyze the influence of boar breeds on sow reproductive performance, providing data support for semen selection in pig farms in the future. A total of 1 561 farrowing records from Taiwanese Duroc sows were collected, and single-factor statistical analysis was used to study the influence of artificial insemination technician and sire breeds on sow reproductive performance. The results showed that the effect of different artificial insemination technician on total number born, the litter size, litter weight of birth, dead fetus, number of health litter , number of weaning ,litter weight at 21days, of Duroc sows were significant (P<0.05). The effect of boar breed on litter weight of birth was significant (P<0.05), on the other targets were not significant (P>0.05). The birth weight of piglets produced by sows in the Pietrain boar mating group was significantly 3.58% higher (P<0.05) than that in the Duroc boar mating group. With the same artificial insemination technician, the effects of boar breed on reproductive performance of sows were inconsistency, the total litter size of the sow herd managed by technician A showed a significant difference (P <0.05); the litter weight of piglets birth of the sow herd managed with B artificial insemination technician was significant difference (P<0.05); the litter weight at 21 days of piglets of the sow herd managed with C artificial insemination technician was significant difference (P<0.05). The artificial insemination technician significantly influenced the total number of piglets born, number of live piglets, litter weight at birth, number of stillbirths, number of healthy piglets, number of weaned piglets, and litter weight at weaning (21 days) in Duroc sows.The sire breed (Taiwanese Duroc and French-line Pietrain) had no significant effect on the total number of piglets born, number of live piglets, or number of healthy piglets in the Duroc sow population(P>0.05), but it did significantly affect litter weight at birth(P<0.05).Among the Duroc sow groups managed by artificial insemination technician A, B, and C, the sire breed showed no significant difference in its impact on the number of live piglets, healthy piglets, or weaned piglets(P>0.05). The article provided a data basis for the selection of artificial insemination technician and the breed selection of boars in subsequent pig farms.
