胆汁酸调控断奶仔猪肠道功能的研究进展与机制

摘要: 胆汁酸在维持断奶仔猪的脂质代谢与肠道稳态中发挥着至关重要的作用,但其在缓解断奶应激方面的系统机制尚待深入梳理与总结。本文通过系统分析断奶应激对仔猪肠道屏障、菌群及免疫功能的影响,重点阐述了胆汁酸作为信号分子通过激活法尼醇X受体、G蛋白偶联胆汁酸受体5等,调节肌球蛋白轻链激酶、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B等信号通路。增强了紧密连接蛋白表达、改善绒毛形态、调节免疫及稳定菌群的作用机制。并回顾了日粮补充适宜胆汁酸在提高仔猪日增重、降低腹泻率及促进肠道发育方面的应用效果,展望其作为营养干预策略的未来研究方向,为缓解断奶应激、保障仔猪肠道健康提供理论参考。

Abstract: Bile acids play a crucial role in maintaining lipid metabolism and intestinal homeostasis in weaned piglets, yet their systematic mechanisms in alleviating weaning stress remain to be fully elucidated. This review systematically analyzed the effects of weaning stress on intestinal barrier function, microbiota and immune responses in piglets. It highlights the role of bile acids as signaling molecules in activating receptors such as the farnesoid X receptor and G protein-coupled bile acid receptor 5, thereby regulating signaling pathways including myosin light chain kinase and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B. These mechanisms increase expression of tight junction proteins, improve villus morphology, modulate immune function, and stabilize gut microbiota. The review also summarized the beneficial effects of dietary bile acid supplementation on increasing average daily gain, reducing diarrhea rate, and promoting intestinal development in weaned piglets. Finally, future research directions were proposed to further explore bile acids as a nutritional intervention strategy, provide a theoretical basis for mitigating weaning stress and ensuring intestinal health in piglets.
