生猪“保险＋期货”模式中的成功案例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： “保险+期货”模式是期货行业和保险行业为解决农户收入保障，而进行合作探索的一种新模式。在该模式中，保险公司为农户提供农产品价格保险，如生猪价格保险；而期货公司则为保险公司提供类似于“再保险”的风险转移方案，并在期货市场中进行风险对冲。从落地的生猪“保险+期货”项目来看，不同地区保险费用的补贴方式存在差异。有些地区由政府部分承担保险费用，还有些地区则由养殖企业全额负担保险费用，这就导致保险费用在一些地区偏高，不利于生猪“保险+期货”项目在我国的全面推广。为了提高生猪养殖企业参与生猪“保险+期货”的意愿并减轻其购买保险所增加的经营成本，政府应从农业补贴政策入手，将其落实到生猪“保险+期货”项目中。此外，政府还可以为参与项目的企业提供信用“备书”，进一步推动银行信贷的支持。这样能够促进生猪“保险+期货”项目的发展，并在更广泛的地区得到应用。
