日粮中添加甜菜碱对育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质和血清生化指标的影响

摘要: 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加甜菜碱对大体重育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质、肉品质和血清生化指标的影响。选择480头“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪,随机分为4组,分别饲喂4种不同的日粮,A组为对照组饲喂普通日粮、B组普通日粮中添加0.1%甜菜碱、C组普通日粮中添加0.2%甜菜碱和D组普通日粮中添加0.3%甜菜碱,各组净能水平相同。每组10个重复,每个重复12头猪,每组公母猪数量一致。所有猪只全部进行自由采食,试验期为29 d。结果表明,(1)与A组相比,B组、C组育肥猪日增重显著提高(P<0.05),B组、C组育肥猪的料肉比显著降低(P<0.05);(2)与A组相比,各组育肥猪的屠宰率、皮脂率、骨重率、背膘厚度和眼肌面积均无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)与A组相比,D组肉色红度显著升高(P<0.05),B组、C组和D组的肉色黄度显著降低(P<0.05);(4)与A组相比,各组血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯和总胆固醇均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,添加0.1%~0.2%的甜菜碱能够提高大体重育肥猪的生长性能,添加0.3%的甜菜碱能够提高其肉质红度,降低黄度值,提高育肥猪肉品质,但对胴体品质和血清生化指标无显著影响。
