非洲猪瘟病毒疫苗研究现状

摘要: 非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引发的急性、烈性、高度接触性动物传染病,主要在家猪和野猪之间传播,致死率极高,是当今全球养猪业的头号威胁性疫病。2018年,我国首次发生非洲猪瘟疫情,导致生猪年产量减少40%。近5年,我国大力推进了ASF疫苗的研制工作,并取得了很大突破。目前,从技术路线看,非洲猪瘟病毒基因缺失减毒活疫苗的研发最具有合理性。本文现对非洲猪瘟疫苗研究现状进行概述,以期为国内非洲猪瘟的预防和控制提供参考。
