乳化剂卵磷脂在猪生产应用中的研究进展

摘要: 油脂是动物营养中的一类重要营养物质,在畜禽生产中,合理利用油脂可提高畜禽的生产性能以及饲料利用率。尽管油脂具有多种营养作用,但幼龄动物消化道发育不完善,胆汁酸和脂肪酶分淡不足,无法物底消化吸收饲料中的油脂,多余的油脂则被幼龄动物排出体外。而成年动物日粮中的油脂添加比例高,消化分解油脂所需要的胆汁酸远远超过畜禽机体内能够分泌的量,无法彻底消化吸收油脂。乳化剂是一种表面活性剂,在饲料中添加乳化剂能够使油脂溶解在水中,大大提高了饲料油脂的消化和吸收。卵磷脂是动植物组织及卵黄中的一种含磷脂类物质,作为一种优质的乳化剂,卵磷脂除了广泛应用于食品行业外,还可以用于畜牧业,以显著提高动物的生长性能,增加机体对营养物质的吸收利用,提高动物生产的经济效益。本文阐述了卵磷脂在猪生产中的应用进展,为相关的研究和生产提供理论依据。
