Etiological Diagnosis of Diarrhea in a Fattening Pig Farm of Shanxi Province

Abstract: In order to analyze of the cause of diarrhea in 80 to 100-day-old pigs in a poultry farm in Shanxi Province, 40 samples of fresh diarrhea swab through Q-PCR and bacteria separation and identification methods for laboratory diagnosis, PoRV and PCV-2 positive for the virus nucleic acid, pathogenic E.coli and salmonella was positive. The experimental results showed that 40 samples of diarrhea PoRV nucleic acids were all positive, PCV-2 nucleic acid 30% were positive, PED, Prv, SFV nucleic acid were negative, E.coli and SE were all positive.
