Detection and Analysis of Antibodies Against Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus in XinJiang in 2020

Abstract: In order to understand the level of porcine reproductive and respiratory disorder syndrome virus(PRRSV) antibody and its growth and decline in Xinjiang in 2020, this study used indirect enzyme linked immunosorptive assay(ELISA) to detect and analyze the PRRSV immune antibody levels in 1 218 serum samples. The results showed that the average positive rate of PRRSV antibody was 78.49%(956/1218), higher than the national standard(70%). The mean value of S/P was 1.22±0.84, and the coefficient of variation was 69.45%. The average positive rate of antibody in different pig groups ranged from 59.19% to 91.50%, with certain differences. In the 10 large-scale farms investigated the positive rate of PRRSV immune antibody in 9 farms reached the national standard. The variation coefficient of PRRSV was higher in different pig groups, so it was necessary to further adjust and complete the immunization program to ensure the healthy of all pig groups.
